Indications
Ruminants: Inappetance, weakness, ataxia, paresis, anorexia, diarrhoea followed by signs characteristic of polyencephalomalacia including blindness, head pressing, convulsions, paralysis, opisthotonos, poor growth, loss of hair, skin lessions, lacrimation & salivation, scours, metabolic disorders, microcytic hypochromic anaemia, nervous disorders, scally dermatitis around the mouth 8 muzzle, leukopenia.
Horse: Lethargy, anorexia, weight loss, ataxia, cardiac arhythmias, muscle tremors & convulsions.
Dogs: Anorexia, emesis, depression, paraparesis, torticollis, circling, convulsions, signs of "Black tongue" or "brown mouth", cheilosis, glossitis, gingivitis, bloody diarrhoea, cardiomyopathy.

Composition
Each ml contains-
- Thiamine HCL BP-50 mg
- Riboflavine Sodium Phosphate BP-5 mg
- Pyridoxine HCl BP-5 mg
- Nicotinamide BP-100 mg
- Cal-D-Pentothenate BP-10 mg
- Inositol USPNF-2 mg
- DL-Methionine BP-5 mg
- Cyanocobalamine BP-2 mcg
Dosage & Administration
Vitamin B-Complex injection can be used intramuscularly.
- Large animals (Cattle, Buffalo, Horse): 5-10 ml daily thrice in a week.
- Small animals (Sheep, Goat, dog, Cat):1-2 ml daily thrice in a week.

Interaction
Riboflavin reduces the antibiotic activity of solution of streptomycin, tetracyclines, potassium supplements, neomycin etc. have been found to impair cobalamin absorption. There is no evidence that they have a significant effect on the utilization of cobalamin given as therapy.
Contraindications
Vitamin B-Complex injection should not be used in animals hypersensitive to active ingredients.
Side Effects
Vitamin B-Complex injection has no common side effect at the recommended dose.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Vitamin B-Complex injection is safe in pregnant and lactating animals.
Precautions & Warnings
Vitamin B-Complex injection should be used by the Intramuscular route only. Because it may cause shock due to the presence of procaine HCI & phenol.
Storage Conditions
Keep below 30°C temperature, away from light & moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
