Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence to capture sustainable market share
- Plan and assist execute strategies to start/build/nurture client long term relationship
- Implement retention strategies to maximize business value from loyal customers and increase business value from new ones
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product, operations) to deliver value to clients
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience is mandatory
- Candidate must possess excellent planning and execution skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in MS Office
