Job Description:
- Execute dispensing of raw materials, excipients and packaging materials as per BMR and production needs;
- Ensure accurate weighing, labeling, documentation and compliance in dispensing operations;
- Record material issuance, returns and adjustments in Oracle;
- Coordinate with Production, QA and SCM for smooth material flow and timely availability;
- Report material shortages, quality issues, stock discrepancies and deviations;
- Support warehouse audits, inspections and compliance activities;
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping and HSE standards;
- Ensure data integrity and proactively address unsafe conditions;
- Generate regular reports to analyze operational efficiency and identify lean process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Applied Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in MS Suite;
- Strong decision-making skill with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Strong interpersonal skill to deal with internal & external stakeholders.
