Job Description:
- Develop, update, and manage promotional materials for Ophthalmic, sterile (Eye/Ear Drops) and injectable products
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to support product positioning
- Plan and execute product campaigns in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs
- Prepare training content and conduct product knowledge sessions for the field force
- Collaborate with production and quality departments to understand technical product details
- Coordinate with medical team for clinical data and literature review and prepare report for new products.
- Assist in pricing strategy and product life cycle management
- Monitor product performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- Prepare dossiers and product documents as needed for local and export markets

Job Requirements
- Age Specification: 26 to 35 years

Educational Requirements:
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
- Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Requirements:
- Must have Experience in Ophthalmic, sterile (Eye/Ear Drops) and injectable products development and market stretegy
- Sound knowledge of pharma product development and market strategy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
- Good understanding of GMP, pharmacology, and therapeutic areas
